We stayed there in August of 2009. It's an acceptable place, not really within walking distance to anything. We had a car and drove to downtown, it's free to park after 5 or 6. The desk clerks were very helpful and spoke good English (as did almost everyone there). If I go back, I'd look for something a bit more upscale, it was very basic, almost too basic, but very clean.
