With great anticipation, I too went to the one IAD RCC and asked if they had amaretto. She pulled a bottle of Disaronno out and I asked "Is that considered premium?" and she responded with a "no" so I asked for a shot of it. As I went to leave $2 for a tip, she stated that it was $7.50. I said that non-premium drinks are now free in RCCs and she said that Disaronno isn't one of the free ones. I tried to explain that "you said it's not premium" and she said that "well, there are more expensive drinks, so I don't consider it premium." She refused to comp it or take it back, as she already poured it and has to account for it. UGH! So I gave her my CO credit card to pay and she plays on the computer for a while and then hands me my card and a slip for $9 to sign. I said that "You told me it's $7.50" and she said "I was wrong, I thought it was $7.50." I emailed the RCC and got a wonderful email stating, "I have forwarded your concern to the appropriated department for review." It's been 2 weeks, so I'll just dispute the charge now.
