Thanks for the tip on the SEA Airport Hilton. That's what I ended up booking, I think $103/night. There's a parallel thread in the FT West Forum about staying near SeaTac, and the SEA Hilton was listed there too (along with nearby properties from other chains).

While the Arctic Club looks fantastic, the prices there were even higher than the downtown Hilton, well over $200/night.

I'm trying to balance points/stay credit and low price, factoring in convenience, which isn't always easy.

I'll report back with how the stay went.
