Cannot agree more, although I'm just at gold status, but last time when I checked into their hotel in Hong Kong. I asked for early check-in during reservation, didn't happen. It says I'm eligible for an upgrade, didn't happen. Even when I asked for a in-house phone to call up my friend, they've directed me to use my own one in the room.

Terrible service.
