Boarding pass would seem to vary by hotel; of those I've been to recently Hilton Düsseldorf had a free self-service PC in the lobby for exactly that purpose and Hilton Tokyo Bay charged some nominal cost (somewhere in the 200 yen region, can't remember exactly).
You are only guaranteed free access to the fitness center as a silver if it's hotel owned and operated. The palmer house in chicago has an outside company that runs theirs now and only diamonds get free access. Even golds pay. I think it's like $5 or $7 for gold and maybe silver and $10 or $12 for others. Even when I was gold, I had no problem paying it. I would rather pay $5 or $7 and have a GREAT work out fitness center like the palmer house has than get a lousy wokrout room with just a few pieces of old machinerey for free.

I have never had a Hilton property charge me for a boarding pass. Some of the properties with paid computers in the business center have it set up so you can get on an airline site and print your pass for free and Palmer house had a dedicated kiosk for boarding passes. I really don't see that as much of an issue anymore anyway. You can check in from your cell phone or your laptop and if you are checking bags you need to see an agent anyway and can get your BP that way. If you are carrying on, a lot of airlines will send your cell phone an electronic boarding pass, and if they won't I have never seen a wait at the airline kiosks to get a printed boarding pass for people with no luggage.
