I would do Lake Titicaca, Bolivia. Just in case it is Bolivia although with a pic of a hotel in Peru this would be an unfair twist. And just in case they don't accept Peru, Bolivia for your day 2.

My guess is a larger region, like the Sabah week. So far we've had 2 beachy islands, 2 geographic features and 2 national parks. But only 1 entire region.
And also could be Africa or Europe, they've been just about every other continent now.
