The aircraft is a 744, and the lowest row number for a PE seat is 29 (that's on the new 3 class J/W/Y config only, any other and it's 34)

On a 744 lower deck, Skybeds are set up 2x3x2 and PE is 2x4x2.

Since you are in row 24 then you have Skybeds.

I have now taken the trouble to check the seat map and PE is indeed the 14 row 23/24 skybeds on this 2 class aircraft (it has no PE sating installed)..
