BBB you are spot on. Just a simple thank you would have gone along way. Mrs Sox as I have stated before was shafted by the company she was going into work to support. They really had no care for her and just saw her as a number.

1) Anyone who went in during the strike should have been guarnteed that they would be in a different hotel from normal when away on a trip. Mrs Sox had to check out of a hotel during the strike. People who went in during the strike were wearing dark glassed and wigs in the hotel lobby whilst in uniform to protect identity from those who had arrived after the strike ended.
2) Mrs Sox was sent on a trip and told she would be joining another crew for the return leg. Thankfully Mrs Sox worked out it would be a crew coming out after the strike ended and they would work out she was a strike breaker.

The entire thing is just one big mess.
