May seem stupid, as there have been many "up in the air" general thanks to people for working during the strikes, but a personal letter saying thank you would go a long way to making all the .... I have gone through a little more worthwhile...
But that's just me. I am not wanting monetary bonus, free flight, share bonus etc... Just a bit of A4 paper addressed to me individually saying thank you. Preferably from WW's office.
