My favorite is http://www.gcmap.com. It doesn't always match exactly with what AS credits, but it's usually within 5 or 10 miles. Of course, as you see above, that may not always be accurate enough to tell you whether you'll be over the mark!

The only way to tell what AS credits is to check your Mileage Plan activity after a flight posts...or ask here what others have seen post for the given route.
