Keep in mind that not all club agents are trained in the fine art of reissuing tickets. In the past I have had to ask at both ORD clubs until I found a very nice lady in the G club who used to work at the PLT Service Center and was happy to do it for me. But allow plenty of time. I agree with the others--20-30 mins per PNR, depending upon complexity (upgrades and ticket designators make the process much more complicated).
