The hotel was very generous about comping breakfast. We ate no breakfast the first morning, which was the morning following the free night. The second morning, the room service bill was somewhat high, as we had friends over. Accordingly, I expected only a portion of the second day's bill to be comped. On check out, this was exactly what had happened -- the charge was reduced by some amount. The third morning's breakfast, however, which should have been fully comped, was on the hotel bill in full, because it had mistakenly been coded as lunch instead of breakfast. I brought this to the desk agent's attention, who promptly had it removed...
