Thanks for the fast help! I did some math, and the exact miles I will need are 4364 on AS or 7830 on any AS partner.

I now have only the night of the Dec 8th, from 7 pm to 11 am on the 9th.

In true Alaskan fashion my daughter is flying down the morning of the 8th for her 1:30 pm and 2:40 pm Dr.'s appts so will be shuttling her around that afternoon (now I need to find a cheap rental car...). So, since I put her on the plane back home at 6:50 pm (UAM), I'm free that night to earn miles that night.

Questions: How do you find the air miles between locations? Is there a chart for AS routes?

What locations are about 2,182 miles from Seattle with red-eyes?

Thanks again - I wish I had more time and money for this, but I don't....Unless my son and i could fly somewhere cheap from Baltimore when we are there for his surgery in November (6th to 26th) - weekend trips with a kid on crutches? Why not..... weekend of the 20th/21st?
