there is no jetblue in india....i assume you mean jet airways....if you do then there is no doubt jet is the best....
jet, kingfisher & air india are full service airlines while spicejet & indigo are both lcc airlines....jet also has jetlite & jet konnect while kingfisher has kingfisher red, which also fall under the lcc category....therefore jet, kingfisher & air india will be more expensive than the others....if you are looking to go with a lcc then i would suggest go air (not sure if it flies to hyd though)....

abhilife2001 mentioned, there are many hotels close to the airport & depending on your budget they are all places where you can easily kill 8 hours....
