I can say that accessing MNL CX lounge is one thing; enjoying it is quite a different animal. It is definitely nothing to write home about. The J section can get very crowded, and the F section is little more than a dentist's office with computers. Also, the food is the same in both areas.
+1 to that...its only saving grace is that the F section (which is nearly as large as the entire QF lounge) is usually not very full. Note also that, unlike the QF lounge, it does not have an inside bathroom, so you have to use the not-very-salubrious public facilities. Finally, be aware that at this time of the year the last CX flight for the day leaves some time before QF20, so you may find yourself being subtly encouraged to depart.
