Had an issue with lost baggage in Moscow and although it was hell to get back the luggage (thanks to airport handling) and probably the last place of all i would have wanted SAS to mess with my baggage i must say the follow up once i was back home (with my luggage) was superb.
1) very quick (handled everything via email and everytime got response within 24hrs
2) Perfect. recognised their mistake, apologiesd and got compensation that equalled the total fare amount i paid in the first place
