For 8 hrs from midnight to morning , I would advise you to book any hotel in that vicinity and there is plentiful of that.. depending on ur budget check out hotel booking sites as prices can go anything from 1.5k INR to 20k INR..

of the airlines u mentioned, KF is the best but I believe it would also be priced higher than the others.. and I would not want to pay a significant premium for a short flight..
