Funny you mention that because once I woke up in the morning and wasn't running on no sleep... I realized it wasn't such a good deal. It actually IS a two category upgrade that happens to land me to no view. They called this morning to move me, so it sounds like it will turn out well without having to ask for anything.

I do still appreciate when a hotel at least has a standard (min)-upgrade policy when there are many out there that just ignore the benefit completely.
