To this Brit, AA's planes remind me of old films I used to see sometimes as a kid... You probably remember seeing at least one shiny trailer (caravan) - the tubular, round ended one - being towed along in some wonderful scenery somewhere in America by a beautiful mile-long Cadillac or whatever with huge fins on the back - Utterly American and I loved it. Still do. Mind you, not sure I'd actually want to use one of those tubes to go on holiday in...
