No, JQ will not offer any discounted upgrade fares for the domestic Leg unfortunately.

It just seems so unfair that after I've spent $39 on my discount economy fare and got my Flounge massage, 5 course meal and drank about $200 of wine/champagne, that they wouldn't offer me a star class upgrade for $50 with full biz status credits and points! Oh the injustice!
