If you were in ANC instead of SEA I reccomend the ANC-SEA at 1230am arriving at SEA around 5am then hop back on the SEA-ANC at 6am and get back to ANC around 8am Aint always generally the cheapest way but least disruptive if you have things to do during the day. Have a stiff drink go to sleep and the same on the return.
