Gone is the 50% breakfast discount, and partner stays free with similar breakfast benefit, for the lowest tier member.
I don't get to achieve many stays with Shangri-La each year because it's my corporate hotel in very few cities in Asia, am always stuck in the lowest tier, so this in my view was the best benefit that now has been taken away.
Still, the new card design is much nicer though.
