I signed up for the grand slam promotion.

Checked in at a Marriott last Thursday. They wouldn't talke my dividend miles number. Checked in at a Holiday Inn on Friday. They wouldn't take my dividend miles card either.

Called US Airways customer service. Representative told me I had to call the individual hotel promotions departments and give them my info. Is this true? What am I doing wrong?

How am I supposed to earn "hits" if I can't get these "partners" to record my stay?
