Well, yes given my location far away from Paris. I had to leave early today to catch the train before mine since mine was cancelled. These are SNCF TGVs, mind you.

As for the RER etc. in Paris, the IHT recently reported that trains to the airport were running every 30 mins (that's not often for Paris) but that the buses were running closer to their normal schedules. Check the RATP website for news and give yourself and extra hour or more to get from Paris to the airport, especially given you'll be traveling during rush hour. Remember if you're PLT or EXP, or an AC member you can pass the time in the AC and have a little breakfast if you get there early.
