It'll usually be H for coach seats via CathayUSA.com but if they come up with an M class promotional fare (as keeps happening to me for SFO->BKK) use the "Multi City" option and then simply enter your source and destination as if it were a round trip. Found the H fares for me, although I think my next trip will be via the SJC->NRT route.
