Were the crew professional & well groomed? Yes, quite friendly as well.
Was the IFE activated on the ground? Yes, and was a pleasure to use
Approximately how long after take off did it take for the first meal service/Onboard cafe to begin? 30min
How was the quality of the meal/Onboard cafe? Good
Did the cabin crew offer water regularly throughout the flight? Yes

I flew AC for the first time in about 10 years at the weekend (LHR-YYZ-ATL-YYZ-LHR) in Y, and it was truly a pleasure.

-The aircraft were in great shape
-The cabin crew and airport staff were accommodating and humorous
-The food wasn't good.
-EnRoute is a great entertainment system (too many Ad's though)
-EmPower plugs at every seat? Whohoo!

The most pleasant surprise was YYZ. The new terminal is fantastic and the lounges might be my new favourites in the *A system.

Even got bumped up to C on the Jazz flight from ATL-YYZ.

Often we get so accustom to using a few regular airlines, we forget how well they compare to others. (I'm comparing to the carriers I use most often LH, CO, US, UA)

Now if I can only get that damned song in the Telus commercial with the dolphins out of my head...
