I was there at the end of January a few years ago, just before Chinese New Year's.
You couldn't look across the harbor without seeing the haze all the time. Such a short distance too.
Apparently it's always like that during winter?
It was like that in late spring for me as well. Couldn't get a single good shot of HK from the peak because of the haze.
