The Manuel Lion shuttle service takes you to a depot across from the Sheraton/Park Towers in central BA. They then transfer you onto a smaller mini-vehicle or taxi to take you to the IC (and your other passengers to their hotels) at no additional charge.
If you take the MTL Bus to its depot, you can transfer to a small van for 5 pesos more. It may have been free at some point, but you've got to pay the piper now. Good service, I had to wait about 5 minutes after getting off the bus at the airport before getting in the van.
You can save 5 pesos by buying a round trip ticket.
