OK, I know I probably should have known this, but surprisingly I found I'm not that knowledgeable when it comes to the details in t&c.

Here's my question:

I was trying to make a reservation on points but was told there's no availability, although I did find the rooms are still available for reservation online. I knew that points are only good for 'standard' rooms, but how do I find the definition of 'stardard rooms' other than telling from the higher price, which always flutuates?
