Hi FTers - thank you for all of the advice you gave when I started using FT on how to earn my CP. I'm 2.5 credits away which I'll earn on my soon to post WN Visa statement.

I have a few logistical questions which the friendly folks at CS weren't able to answer:

1. Since my Companion needs the physical pass, what do I do about the fact that we're flying (I've already booked her with me on an Award ticket to ensure there's a seat available) just 8 days after I earn CP? Will Customer Care give us an exception to having the physical Companion Pass? I've heard it can take 3 weeks for the physical pass to arrive!

2. We're getting married next year and she's taking my name. Will this mean we'll have to get a new CP issued even though it's for the same person? Will this cause any hassle?

3. When I'm going back through reservations I already have her own via award or paid travel, do I first book her on CP and then cancel previous travel (ideally that makes sense but will it say "you can't have two reservations under the same name" and make me cancel her award/paid reservation first?)?
