Its a well known fact that AC employees post on here in an "I can't believe anyone would dislike this airline" mode. They come out of the woodwork and then scurry back to where ever they came.
The fact of the matter is AC will get away with whatever we let them. As consumers, you are absolutely right, we have let these morons run rough-shot over us with their ridiculous fees, imaginary charges, atrocious customer service and bad-a55 attitude.
Canadians need to wake up. This ridiculous airline is flying all over the world with this bunch of ingrates who sully the good name of Canadians. The whole time they are laughing uproariously at us suckers who pay them for their "service" and are protected with government rules.
Canada deserves better.
