Am in Canada where the program has just started and DVD's are not available, it is only through the internet at this time for either ones computer or TV is you have the right equipment for hook up. I would think that as long as you have internet available you would be able to access the site from ones computer no matter where one would be. They are offerring a free months trial so guess I have nothing to lose at this point.
