Thanks for the reply. Is there an email address for customer service center? I only found a message box in the web page which is very limited space. I prepared the whole story to email to them. It is very difficult to explain to them on the phone, especially some calculation is involved.

If it was me I would email the PC member center and politely say that by my calculations 4 x 25000 = 100,000 and there appears to be an oversight.
Ask them to break down the 150,000 into 25,000 segments to enable the transaction to be read more clearly.
