I second the Park Hyatt Aviara. It is a Virtuoso property and depending on the number of nights that you are staying they have a few different promotions.

The standard Virtuoso amenities are:

•One category upgrade on arrival, subject to availability (up to one bedroom suite).
•A Breakfast allowance of $60.00 per room, per night equivalent to Buffet Breakfast for two including Tax and Gratuity
•$100 USD Resort credit, once per stay (no cash value) - F&B credit
•12 Noon early check-in, subject to availability

This property changed from a Four Seasons to a Park Hyatt this summer. Having now spoken with the Sales Manager, they will be honoring the Experience More Virtuoso promotion (that the FS started) through the end of the year - an additional $100 resort credit per stay (min. 2 consecutive nights).
