Wow. I finally got a chance to call Hertz. According to the menu, "current hold time is between 12 and 18 minutes."

I'm on a train, so fat chance that my cell will hold the call for that long. But if I don't call now, their office will close before I reach my destination.

Oh, and the stupid menu recording lady talks WAY too slowly.
