I have stayed at the Doubletree Club Boston Bayside. I never saw anything explicitly stating a difference between a "club" and a regular Doubletree, but my perception was that a "club" hotel lacks a restaurant and room service. Or at least the one in Boston does -- it just had an Au Bon Pain.
