Here's the latest list I've seen for domestic carriers:

Alaska
American
Cape Air
Continental
ERA
Great Lakes
Hawaiian
United
USAirways

The obvious mainline carrier omission is Delta, plus some of the LCC's like AirTran, JetBlue, Spirit, and Southwest. WN doesn't interline, and I'm not sure about JetBlue or Spirit.
