AVOD on 777 SIN-NRT and on 767 NRT-SFO?

I just purchased award tickets to Asia in Y using SkyMiles. On the return on Jan 19 my wife and I will be flying SIN-NRT (on a DL 777) and NRT-SFO (on a DL 767). Does anyone know if these flights have AVOD? We'll be in the exit rows. Thanks.
