Can't suggest any hotels in LIN, I'm afraid, I dont think there's a decent airport hotel, but town is only 30mins bus away (€2.00 ISTR) on the X74 (?) bus. Taxi is about €20 and you'll be approached by unlicensed drivers to take you for €60 in a Mercedes. Neither are much quicker then the bus, but a taxi may be easier (and likely and interesting ride if you know anything about Football (Inter/AC)

Try a PM to maclover - he lives in Milan / Turin and used to hang around on here (don't think he's been around for a while). I had lunch with him once - nice guy.
