Yup. I explained that it was showing in ANA's system (this was a LX seat) and really needed it and he convinced a manager to try. Didn't work - but it did show up in AP's system 2 days later!
How did u convince the manager to give it a shot? Yes it's for LX space. I'd much rather go through ORD than BOS and am trying to change a ticket. ANA and Expertflyer both show the space as there (and for what it's worth the flight is also F8 so I even more convinced that the O space exists).
