yep... had it not been a "direct" flight, it would not have occurred to me to write a complaint.. the front line people were great today. (tho, the hotel conversation started with the agent looking and saying "oh, yeah, that was a through flight..") and it was misconnecting a direct flight when i got there a minute early that really torqued me off.....
