AF and FB are two separate entities. Actually AF France and AF Italia are two separate entities two. The offer is from AF Italia. They are the one to get the money from the ticket. Their profits will be boosted by these sales. AF Italia (not FB) are the one who will request FB to issue a higher-status card. IMO FB is just a passive party in this instance. You should call AF Italia, not FB.
