LLZ, but when I put myself on the upgrade list at BWI for the DFW-HNL leg, they already knew I was on the list when I got to DFW.

Also, how many flyers know that you need to get back on the list at *every* airport. Sometimes if you just bug the agent nicely enough or flirt, they'll do the upgrade on the spot.

Watch out: I might make EXP in 2004!
