Have put question here, as it concerns a few star airlines.

Last summer, I was VDB'ed and rerouted on SN from BRU to CPH through GOT and received 250EUR cash. 3 hour delay on arrival.

2 weeks ago friend, was VDB on SAS BRU-CPH and got 300 EUR in voucher or 150 in cash. 2 hour delay

Last week parents was VDB on SAS BRU-CPH twice, first got 150 in voucher (45 min delay), and second time another 350 EUR (3 h delay)

I just wonder, how do they get to these amounts, my flight last year was C (bonus), the others have been 150 EUR return fares.
