And Norway - by far the most fun place out of the trio - isn't even in the EU so your work opportunities are limited if you plan on heading anywhere in the Union (you can open up a company though that will hire - you - as its director, so there is an easy loophole due to the EEA).
Unlike the US, these 3 "extremely 'socialist' nations" do
not tax their citizens residing abroad on foreign-generated ordinary income; and companies and shareholders from those "extremely 'socialist' nations" can well find themselves having substantially lower taxes than is the case for US persons (writ large to include US companies).
