not to honor status upgrades until the actual flight
has been taken? Same when you earn your status through normal channels. I have enough pre booked flights to take me to Gold Renewal but I won't get the extended status before I have actually taken the flights
Imagine all the extra work to be carried out if all are to get their status then later cancel their pre booked Premium flights!
Still, not good with no confirmation mail from FB, but just think of how many signups they have + all the spam they must have received.
