There are a few miscreants out there I'm sure, but the reaction thus far has been overwhelmingly positive all around. Most United people are nothing short of ecstatic of working under new leadership that provides open, honest, and responsive management -- something United has not enjoyed with respect to its workforce for the better part of 20 years.
