Glad you ended up getting the PMUs you were entitled to. I had the same experience - qualified in July and never received them. By the time I started complaining in September and October, they tried to tell me they were no longer mailing the old packets. Wasn't until December, after dozens of phone calls, that I finally got mine. I'm glad I have them. Sure, they're not the most competitive, but I've been using them on domestic K fares to lock in upgrades on some more competitive routes, which is better than nothing.
