I have had more late and cancelled flights on SW over the past 18 months than on any other airline I have flown. The Rapid Rewards program availability has become a joke. I only fly SW when I have to, which unfortunately, is all too often.
They have really become a festering excuse for an airline so fast under their current second-rate management, you’d think they have an appointment with mediocrity. After encountering an 8 hour delay in DEN because the morons in operations couldn’t figure out how to get the airplane pushed back from the gate in the snow (and the pilot left the cockpit 5 times to go down and talk to the 19-year-old idiots on the ground crew) , I figured out quickly SW has completely forgotten how to take care of its customers, and only brainwashed, kool-aid drinking simpletons could remain faithful to this money-grubbing excuse of an airline.
God help the folks in Atlanta who will get the dumbed-down service SW will bring to AirTran's operations.
Wow. You must have had one hell of a bad day in DEN during the snow then. I've never had any type of this delays before with SWA and the employees are mostly accomodating.
