I called the UK EC Club, however the office was closed (UK hours..I forgot )

I called the US EC Club and got a VERY helpful agent who sorted it all out for me. She agreed the seating assignment looked strange and moved my wife and daughter next to me in 18EF very pleased !

(first time I have had to call the US EC number and I am quite impressed with the service! - I don't know why but I had low expectations!)
